Is it mandatory to register on the site to place an order?
It is not necessary to have an account as you can make the purchase in guest mode.
How do I register on the Four Stroke site?
Just enter your data, an email and create a password in the registered section.
Does having a customer account provide any advantages?
The customer account will guarantee you the possibility of keeping the data necessary to make new purchases and you will also be able to have the history of the orders and monitor their progress.
If I forgot my password can I recover it?
In this specific case it will be sufficient to log in and click on forgotten password.
Enter your e-mail and you will receive instructions to set your password again.
What happens by subscribing to the newsletter?
You will be constantly updated on new arrivals, promotions and special discounts. You will also receive a -10% discount code on your next purchase only on clothing products in the NEW ARRIVALS section - it cannot be combined with other discounts.
What is a coupon and how can I use it?
The discount code is a voucher that is generated for special offers and it will be sufficient to enter it at checkout in the reference section.
Can I change or cancel an order?
The order can be modified or canceled only if it is still being prepared by contacting us at the e-mail address e-commerce@fourstrokeroma.com
If I need to track my package, how can I do it?
At the time of shipment we will send a tracking number and a link from which it will be possible to follow the progress of the shipment.
Can I collect the order online at the physical store?
Absolutely yes, our staff will send you an email when the order is ready for collection.
How do local delivery and local collection differ?
Per local delivery means delivery of the order on the same day (on a minimum purchase price of 100.00 euros) within a radius of 5 km from the physical store if the order is placed within hours 17:00. This delivery method is foreseen during shop opening hours, from Tuesday to Sunday (all day from 11:00 to 20:00) with a single delivery attempt. We also offer the local pickup of the online order directly at the physical store.
Does Four Stroke sell original products?
Four Stroke is authorized to sell the brands featured on the site and in the store. Our resale activity is governed by a contract stipulated with the manufacturers and official distributors in Italy.

How soon do I have to make a return?
The return request (total or partial) can be made no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which the return request was made. For more information, visit the relevant page to the information on returns.
Are the return shipping costs charged to the customer?
Yes, return shipments are charged to the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the package has been received in our warehouse and we have verified that the items are intact, with the security tag applied to the garment or in the case of accessories (perfumes, creams, dispensers, etc.) with the packaging intact, placed in their packaging (e.g. : shoe box, handbag bag, etc.) with no signs of wear from use, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 48 ore through the payment method with which the order was placed.
