If I need to track my package, what can I do?

Local delivery and local pickup how are they different?

Per local delivery means delivery of the order on the same day (on a minimum purchase price of € 100.00) within a radius of 5 km from the physical store if the order is placed within hours 17:00. This delivery method is scheduled during the shop's opening hours, from Tuesday to Sunday (open all day from 11:00 to 20:00) with a single delivery attempt. We also offer the local pickup of the online order directly at the physical store.

When will i get my refund?

Once the package has been received in our warehouse and verified that the items are intact,

with the safety tag applied to the garment or in the case of accessories (perfumes, creams, dispensers, etc.) with the intact packaging placed in their eventual packaging (eg: shoe box, bag of bags, etc.) without signs of wear from use, we will reimburse you within a maximum of 48 ore through the payment method with which the order was placed.
