Shipments and delivery
SHIPMENTS
Once the order is received, on average the delivery of the shipment in Italy (excluding islands) takes place within 24/48 hours.
Four Stroke ships with the courier GLS.
For purchases made from Friday at 12:00 noon to Monday at 12:00 noon, the goods are scheduled to leave on Monday at 3:00 pm.
Once the order has been shipped, it will be possible to track the parcel thanks to the tracking code and a link sent by e-mail.
In Italy shipping is free for purchases over euro 100.00, for lower amounts delivery costs are euro 10.00.
For other countries, shipping is at the following rates:
NB: The shipping amount, above a certain threshold, is increased due to the higher weight of the parcel and the insurance on the parcel itself
Zone 1*: delivery charges are euro 25.00 for orders under euro 250.00 / free for orders between euro 250.01 and euro 1500.00 / euro 50.00 for orders between euro 1500.01 and euro 3000.00 / euro 70.00 for orders over euro 3000.01
Zone 2**: delivery costs are euro 20.00 for orders under euro 250.00 / free of charge for orders between euro 250.01 and euro 1500.00 / euro 45.00 for orders between euro 1500.01 and euro 3000.00 / euro 65.00 for orders over euro 3000.01

All Products are shipped directly from Italy. The prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the order, unless otherwise specified, are not to be considered inclusive of any costs related to customs duties and relevant taxes if the shipment takes place in non-EU countries or in countries where the regulations in force provide for import charges.
DELIVERY
Shipments in Italy take between 2/3 working days while international shipments take between 2 and 15 days. Public holidays may lead to a delay in the delivery of orders and shipments to disadvantaged areas or islands may require longer delivery times (maximum 7 working days).
Upon receipt of the goods at their domicile, in the presence of the courier, the Customer shall check the integrity of the packages. In the event of anomalies, the Customer shall have the courier note them and accept the delivery with the wording "WITH RESERVE". Otherwise, the possibility of asserting one's rights in this respect shall be forfeited.
In the case of non-contact delivery, the Customer shall in any case check the integrity of the packages and in the event of anomalies shall document such anomalies by photographing the package before and after opening. If the contents also show anomalies, these must also be documented photographically. Therefore, the photographic material must be sent to e-commerce@fourstrokeroma.com with a brief explanation. Otherwise, the possibility of asserting one's rights in this respect shall lapse.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Four Stroke offers free local, same-day delivery on a minimum purchase price of €100.00, within a radius of 5 km from the physical shop in Via Appia Nuova 990, 00178 Rome Italy. From the moment the order is placed, delivery will be made within 3 hours, taking care to respect the shop's opening hours (Tuesday to Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Local delivery is available from Tuesday to Sunday and involves a single attempt, after which pick-up will be made at the store.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
Four Stroke offers the local pick-up service, you can pick up the garments purchased (through an online order) free of charge at our shop in Via Appia Nuova 990, taking care to respect the shop opening hours (Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Our staff will notify you by e-mail when your order is ready (usually 24 hours).

RETURNS
A return request (total or partial) may be made no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The consumer must return the goods within and no later than 14 days from the date on which the return request was made.
The return shall be at the expense of the Customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to e-commerce@fourstrokeroma.com specifying the Order number and article code(s) for which he/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Once the e-mail with the return request has been sent, the Customer will receive all the instructions for returning the Product(s).
Returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not just parts or components of them, even in the case of kits; they must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, otherwise any similarly sized box (not envelopes or bags).
Always check that the tag, security tag and any box or wrapping of the garment are intact.
Returned Products must be sent to the seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products of the same Order returned and dispatched at different times.
In the event that the Seller, upon the purchase of a specific package of Products, offers the possibility of purchasing them at a lower price compared to the ordinary price practiced by purchasing them individually (e.g. 5x4, 3x2 etc.), the right of withdrawal may also be exercised by returning only some of the purchased products: in this case the price will be recalculated taking as reference the price normally practiced for the purchase of the single product. In all other hypotheses (e.g. combined sales, prize operations, etc. etc.) the right of withdrawal may be exercised only with the return of all the Products purchased, thus excluding partial returns.
In the event of return, the customer may freely choose a courier of his/her choice, who shall remain liable in the event of loss or damage of the product during transport and until delivery to our address.
The seller agrees to bear the initial shipping costs of the Products if they are incurred by the customer only in the event of damage to the Products due to transport or shipping errors on the part of the seller. Only in these cases, the Seller shall also reimburse the amount that the Customer has paid as shipping costs. The Seller shall send an express courier to collect the Product at the domicile indicated by the Customer.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised without complying with the procedures indicated above (e.g. after the 14 days provided by law, or without having followed the return instructions), the Seller shall send the purchased Products back to the Customer, charging him/her for the additional shipping costs.
The Right of Withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of customised products at the express request of the Customer at the time of placing the Order and for items such as perfumes, creams and everything related to personal care, intimate apparel, sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, if the quality control has a positive outcome and we have checked that the articles are intact, with the security tag attached to the garment, or in the case of accessories (perfumes, creams, dispensers, etc.) with the packaging intact and stored in their possible packaging (e.g. shoe box, bag, etc.) with no signs of wear and tear, we will refund you within a maximum of 48 hours using the payment method used to place the order.
