RETURNS

The return request (total or partial) can be made no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which the return request was made.

The return is the responsibility of the Customer.

Once inside your customer account, select the order for which you wish to make the return. If the order includes multiple items, choose the ones you want to return. Indicate the reason for the return and add a note for the store, then press "Request return".

If your return request is approved you will receive all the instructions for returning the Product(s) via email.

The returned Products must be returned in their entirety and not just parts or components of them even in the case of kits; They must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, otherwise any similarly sized box (not envelopes or bags).

Always check that the tag, the security tag and any boxes or wrappings on the garment are intact.

Returned Products must be sent to the seller in a single shipment. The seller reserves the right not to accept Products from the same Order returned and shipped at different times.

In the event that the Seller, following the purchase of a specific package of Products, offers the possibility of purchasing them at a lower price than the ordinary price charged by purchasing them individually (e.g. 5x4, 3x2 etc.), the right of withdrawal it can also be exercised with the return of only some of the products purchased: in this case the price will be recalculated taking as reference the price normally charged for the purchase of the individual product. In all other cases (e.g. combined sales, prize operations etc. etc.) the right of withdrawal can only be exercised with the return of all the Products purchased, therefore excluding partial returns.

In case of return, for the return, the customer can freely choose a courier of his choice who will remain responsible in case of loss or damage to the product during transport and until the moment of delivery to our address.

The seller undertakes to bear the initial shipping costs of the Products if they have been borne by the customer exclusively in the event of damage to them due to transport or errors in shipping by the seller himself. Only in these cases, the Seller will also refund the amount that the Customer paid as shipping costs. The Seller will send an express courier to collect the Product at the address indicated by the Customer.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal without respecting the methods indicated above (e.g. beyond the 14 days required by law, or without having followed the return instructions), the Seller will send the purchased Products back to the Customer by charging him including additional shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of personalized products upon explicit request of the Customer at the time of placing the Order and for items such as perfumes, creams and everything relating to personal care, intimate clothing, the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.

Once the package has been received in our warehouse, if the quality control is successful, we have verified that the items are intact, with the security tag applied to the garment or in the case of accessories (perfumes, creams, dispensers etc..) with the intact packaging placed in any packaging (e.g. shoe box, bag bag, etc.) without signs of wear and tear from use, we will initiate the refund process within a maximum of 48 hours using the same payment method with which the order was placed. Despite the relative and immediate debit on our current account, we remind you that the refund can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to the customer's account, this may depend on the processes and timing of the financial institution that issued the debit card/ credit or customer account payment platform. These times are not subject to our control.
